Look of the day: Ready to party

28 Sep

This entry is long overdue :) I was at my friend’s wedding a few weeks ago and the look that I decided to go for was smokey eye makeup that looks glamorous.

Here’s how it turned out:

evening makeup

Wanna know what I used? :)

Face -

Shiseido White Lucent Brightening Spot Control Base UV
The Body Shop Extra Virgin Minerals Cream Foundation
The Body Shop Honey Bronze Bronzer
Sephora Blockbuster Set Blusher
Lancome Teint Miracle Corrector Pen
Lily Lolo Mineral Finishing Powder

Eyes and Brows -

Bebe Poshe Brow Shaper
Maybelline HyperSharp Liner
Fasio Eyeshadow Palette
(I used one of the shades from the palette)
The Body Shop Brush With Fashion Eyeshadow Palette (I used two of the shades)
Maybelline EyeStudio Eyeliner in White (for lining a bit of lower lash line and inner corner of eyes)
Kate Mascara
Revlon False Lashes

Lips -

Tony Moly Kiss Lover in Mood Beige
Elizabeth Arden High Shine Lip Gloss Golden Pearl

I’m quite glad the makeup managed to stay fresh all through the night and braved the food and yum-sengs.

Do you have an “evening look” you’d always go for?
