As Jimmy Choo celebrates its 15th anniversary, they also launched their first ever perfume – Jimmy Choo Eau de Parfum. This was in stores at the end of last month.
What I thought was really interesting is that, instead of engaging a high-key Hollywood A-lister to front the campaign, the face of the campaign is none other but Tamara Mellon, the Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Jimmy Choo.
Think of Jimmy Choo and you’d probably think of their glamorous stilettos. That’s why the bottle is inspired by the jewel-coloured Ventian murano glass which is reminiscent of the jewels that embellished those pretty Jimmy Choo stilettos that celebrities walked down the red carpet in. The box that carries the bottle is inspired by the python skin shoe in the latest Jimmy Choo collection.
As for the scent, it’s fruity, and with warm, rich and woody depths.
Jimmy Choo Eau de Parfum is available at all Jimmy Choo boutiques in Singapore.
